K-Pop Kingdom — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access the K-Pop Kingdom website or purchase products from our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About K-Pop Kingdom

K-Pop Kingdom is an independent UK retailer specialising in K-pop albums, light sticks, merchandise and related products.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings.

K-pop products may contain random inclusions such as photocards, postcards, posters, stickers or other items. Unless a particular member, version or inclusion is specifically stated in the product description, we cannot guarantee which random inclusion you will receive.

Product packaging may occasionally have minor manufacturing, handling or transit marks. These do not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged or faulty.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched. The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product information are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the affected item. Where appropriate, you will have the opportunity to cancel the affected item or order and receive a refund.

4. Orders

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.

We may cancel or decline an order where, for example, we are unable to supply the product, payment has not been successfully authorised, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount using the original payment method.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Stock quantities can change quickly, particularly for limited-edition merchandise, concert-related products and popular K-pop releases.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for any item we are unable to supply.

6. Pre-orders

Products described as pre-orders are not normally available for immediate dispatch.

Where available, expected release or dispatch information will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers, entertainment companies, distributors and suppliers and can change. Any release or arrival dates provided by K-Pop Kingdom should therefore be treated as estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, information provided on the product page or during checkout will explain how we expect the order to be dispatched.

7. Delivery

Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

Goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, except where UK law provides otherwise.

If an order appears to be lost, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an online order, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number and photographs of the product and/or packaging where these would help us understand and resolve the problem.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

10. Light Sticks and Electronic Products

Light sticks and other electronic products should be used in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product.

Compatibility with concert venues, event-specific systems, applications or synchronisation features may depend on the manufacturer, event organiser or venue and may be outside K-Pop Kingdom's control.

11. Intellectual Property

The K-Pop Kingdom name, branding, website design and original content created by us may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

Third-party product names, artist names, entertainment company names, trademarks, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not misuse our website or knowingly attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

13. Relationship with Shopify

K-Pop Kingdom is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with K-Pop Kingdom.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and K-Pop Kingdom, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with K-Pop Kingdom.

14. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through our website and store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our store is powered by Shopify, and information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example where our services, website or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on our website.

Any changes will not affect rights that you already have under applicable consumer law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory legal protections and rights available to you under applicable law.
